A secure hold for thermowells
The retaining bracket prevents the temperature sensor from slipping or dropping out of the thermowell.
Use the groove in the turned part to clip the retaining bracket into place. As you do so, the sensor cable or capillary tube is fed under the spring.
Used to fasten the sensor in the thermowell
Fastening the sensor with this simple screw-on bracket means that you prevent the sensor from slipping out of the thermowell.
Ideal for attaching sensor wells
Thanks to different diameters in the mounting flange, the protective well is firmly attached in the metal channel. This ensures that the sensor is fastened inside air ducts and pipelines on a lasting basis.
Secures several sensors in a thermowell
Use thermowells with an inside diameter of 15 mm and you can then place up to 3 temperature sensors (D = 6.0-6.5mm) inside for simultaneous use.
Due to the shape of the high-grade spring steel, the coupling section presses the sensor permanently against the tube wall. This guarantees a defined, unchanging measurement environment.
Leak-tightness and protection for cables
The cable gland allows you to fasten and protect wired sensors, ensuring a leak-tight connection for incoming and outbound cable connections.
Quick and easy to install
The very soft, flexible clamp band allows you to enjoy fast, easy sensor installation.
