We supply reliable protection in fluid environments. Suitable for heating pipelines or aggressive media, sensors are quickly replaced safely and easily without discharging the fluid. Our brass and stainless steel thermowells are ideal for an extensive range of requirements.

Stainless steel thermowells

Optimum protection at extreme temperatures

Our stainless steel thermowells enclose delicate sensors and protect then up to a temperature of 550 °C. Using steel means that food-safe fluids and aggressive alkalis and acids can be used. Mounting in a protective tube ensures that measurement conditions remain constant, a key requirement for long-term, reliable measurement readings.

Brass thermowells

Typical use in heating pipes

Made of brass, our thermowells are particularly suitable for use in heating water circulation systems and in less aggressive media as used in ventilation, air conditioning and plumbing. The sensor is protected up to 180 °C.  A chrome, nickel or plastic coating will provide reliable corrosion protection

Certified quality – documented and assured

We submit all thermowells to a pressure test, inside diameter check and leak test. We verify other parameters during sample checks. 

Tests are documented in an inspection record and we engrave the inspection date onto every thermowell. This attests that the product is a good part and ensures that materials and activities can be traced in line with ISO 9001:2015.

If required, we will gladly produce flow diagrams for proposed thermowells for you.
